International ATC Skifest

• includes full cooked-to-ordered breakfast served daily M-F 0600-0930 and S-S 0630-1030
• includes evening manager’s reception featuring a full bar and refreshments (free booze) served daily 1730-1930
• includes high-speed wireless internet throughout hotel
• includes shuttle service to and from Salt Lake City International Airport (must arrange with hotel for pick-up)
• Skifest rate will be offered (based on availability) 3 days before and 3 days after Skifest dates
• we have reserved 19 King Suites (one king bed and a sleeper sofa) and 16 Two Double Suites (two double beds).  First ones to make reservations get their choice of room style.
• the quoted price includes applicable taxes and fees currently at 12.7%, it is possible that that rate may change before March 2012
• check-in time : 1500, check-out time : 1200
• GUESTS MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS, phone number (801) 359-7800. This is not a toll-free number and the hotel does not make reservations online.  When making reservations, to get our discounted rate, you must state that you are a participant of the INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS SKIFEST (we are no longer NATCA Skifest and they will not know what NATCA skifest means)

Cost: rates listed below include hotel lodging, lift tickets (again, places we will ski will be posted at a later date), 2 apre’ ski parties, skifest bandana, and opening and closing dinnners

• double occupancy $1005 per person
• triple occupancy $860 per person
• quad occupancy $790 per person

After you make your hotel reservations, approximately $455 per person (this price is included in the figures above) will be due for lift tickets, parties, etc.  More information on how to make these payments will be posted at a later date.

Transportation to and from the ski slopes each day will be your responsibility.
